1. May 31st 2023: my important problem with Swiss International Airlines
On MAY 31ST 2023 I purchased round-trip airlines tickets for Montreal Shanghai (January 2024)for my wife and daughter on a travel agency website.Upon realizing that I had been charged additional unauthorized fees.I promply canceled the purchase within the specificed time frame.Subsequently on the same day I bought new tickets on the Swiss International Airlines website.Acting on advice from a Swiss Airlines agent my wife attempted to cancel the tickets from the agency but mistankently used incorrect codes ..using those of our good tickets..resulting in cancellation and refund request for the tickets we intended to keep .Few days later upon realizing the error the mistake we reached out through multiple messages-e.mails and phone calls Swiss airlines to explain the error and request reactivation of our tickets.ANSWERS :NO REFUNDABLE TICKETS...I lodged a dispute to MASTER CREDIT CARD after few months their answer :TICKETS NO REFUNDABLE.I asked to my bank and master credit card to rewie...
